In stock items are processed and shipped within one business day, via USPS (United States Postal Service); generally orders placed before 1:00pm (PST) will ship that day, with orders placed after 1:00pm shipping the following business day. Our business days are Monday – Friday, except for postal holidays.
All domestic orders receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping (estimated delivery 1-3 business days after shipment). To request faster shipping, see the section below.
International orders have the option of shipping via USPS Priority Mail International (estimated delivery 6-10 business days after shipment), or Priority Mail Express International (estimated delivery 3-5 business days after shipment). Orders totaling more than $400 ship free via Priority Mail International, with the option to upgrade to Priority Express International via invoice of the cost difference by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order. Please be aware that there may be local customs fees and taxes upon arrival, and that due to the nature of long distance shipping there may be occasional delays.
Alterations, Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you need to alter an order, cancel an order or request a refund, we are happy to help. Please contact us by emailing email@example.com, or by calling (530) 801-6800 during our business hours: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm (PST), Monday through Friday, except for postal holidays.
You will receive an email with tracking information within a few minutes of the purchase of the shipping label. If you checked out using PayPal, this tracking information is also attached to your order and is available in your PayPal account. If you are having trouble accessing this information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help.
Requesting Faster Shipping
Because items ordered after hours, during weekends or on postal holidays will not ship until the next business day (as detailed at the top of this page), we want to make sure customers don’t pay for Express shipping unless we can deliver on their expected timetable; for this reason, we do not include Priority Mail Express shipping on our dropdown menu during checkout. We are, however, happy to make this option available to those who need it by invoicing for the additional shipping cost – please add your request as a customer note when placing your order, or contact us before ordering by emailing email@example.com or calling (530) 801-6800 during our business hours: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm (PST), Monday through Friday (except for postal holidays). Be advised that USPS Priority Mail Express shipping promises delivery in 1-2 business days after processing for domestic orders—a very similar delivery window to our Free Shipping option, which is USPS Priority Mail (delivery in 1-3 business days after processing).
Auto-Ship is a subscription service for customers who would like their orders to be automatically placed, paid for, and shipped on a regular basis. You can select the frequency of these shipments via the drop down menu on each product page. Auto-Ship will place the order on the frequency selected, and it will be shipped within one business day just like a manually placed order. You can alter the frequency or cancel the service at any time by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
