Shipping Policy

In stock items are processed and shipped within one or two business day, via FedEx, UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service); generally orders placed before 1:00pm (PST) will ship that day, with orders placed after 1:00pm shipping the following business day. Our business days are Monday – Friday, except for postal holidays.

Domestic Orders

All domestic orders receive standard shipping (estimated delivery 2-5 business days after shipment). To request faster shipping, see the section below.

International Orders

International order will have the appropriate shipping rate with FedEx International. For any questions contact us at [email protected] before placing your order. Please be aware that there may be local customs fees and taxes upon arrival payable by purchaser, and that due to the nature of long distance shipping there may be occasional delays. We may contact you for further information prior to your order being released for shipment. 

Alterations, Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you need to alter an order, cancel an order or request a refund, we are happy to help. Please contact us by emailing [email protected], or by calling (530) 801-6800 during our business hours: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (CST), Monday through Friday, except for USA holidays

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information within a few minutes of the purchase of the shipping label. If you checked out using PayPal, this tracking information is also attached to your order and is available in your PayPal account. If you are having trouble accessing this information, please contact  [email protected] and we will be happy to help.

Requesting Faster Shipping

Because items ordered after hours, during weekends or on postal holidays will not ship until the next business day (as detailed at the top of this page), we want to make sure customers don’t pay for Express shipping unless we can deliver on their expected timetable; for this reason, we do not include Express shipping on our dropdown menu during checkout. We are, however, happy to make this option available to those who need it by invoicing for the additional shipping cost – please add your request as a customer note when placing your order, or contact us before ordering by emailing [email protected] or calling (530) 801-6800 during our business hours: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (CST), Monday through Friday (except for postal holidays).
