In stock items are processed and shipped within one business day, via USPS (United States Postal Service); generally orders placed before 1:00pm (PST) will ship that day, with orders placed after 1:00pm shipping the following business day. Our business days are Monday – Friday, except for postal holidays.
When out of stock, our products are also available on backorder. The in stock vs. backorder status of the item is displayed just above the “ADD TO CART” button at the bottom of each product description. If the re-stock delay is longer than 24 hours, the estimated wait time for backordered items will be posted in bold on the order page of each product.
All domestic orders receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping (estimated delivery 1-3 business days after shipment). To request faster shipping, see the section below.
International orders have the option of shipping via USPS Priority Mail International (estimated delivery 6-10 business days after shipment), or Priority Mail Express International (estimated delivery 3-5 business days after shipment). Orders totaling more than $350 ship free via Priority Mail International, with the option to upgrade to Express via invoice of the cost difference by contacting email@example.com before placing your order. Please be aware that there may be local customs fees and taxes upon arrival, and that due to the nature of long distance shipping there may be occasional delays.
Alterations, Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you need to alter an order, cancel an order or request a refund, we are happy to help. Please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer Service hours are 10:00am – 4:00pm (PST) Monday – Friday.
You will receive an email with tracking information within a few minutes of the purchase of the shipping label. If you checked out using PayPal, this tracking information is also attached to your order and is available in your PayPal account. If you are having trouble accessing this information, please contact email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
Requesting Faster Shipping
For domestic orders, Priority Mail Express can often deliver your package within one business day of processing (keeping in mind that our business hours are 10:00am – 4:00pm (PST) Monday – Friday). For some destinations, however, Express actually has the same delivery window as regular Priority Mail (1-3 business days after processing). Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order so we can look into whether this is a worthwhile upgrade, and invoice you for the difference in cost. Because we process and ship orders very quickly, contacting us after placing your order opens the possibility that your order will be shipped via regular Priority Mail before we receive your message.
Auto-Ship is a subscription service for customers who would like their orders to be automatically placed, paid for, and shipped on a regular basis. You can select the frequency of these shipments via the drop down menu on each product page. Auto-Ship will place the order on the frequency selected, and it will be shipped within one business day just like a manually placed order. You can alter the frequency or cancel the service at any time by contacting email@example.com.
